("RSI") (TSX Venture Exchange: RSY) today announced that it has signed an agreement with Australian based Prime Apartments Hotels & Resorts (PAHR) to become their exclusive property management, central reservations and online booking engine software provider. Thirteen (13) properties will begin implementing RoomKey© PMS, RoomKey© CRS and RoomKey© eRes in the first two quarters of 2008 with an additional 35 properties expected to install the system by the end of the year.
